Hibiscus Jamaica Limited is a not-for-profit organization that was registered on January 21, 2004. We are dedicated to facilitating the reintegration and resettlement of persons returned to Jamaica from the United Kingdom due to visa irregularities.

Up to May 31, 2013, our mandate was to attend to the needs of women who were being deported from the United Kingdom after a period of incarceration. However, with the cessation of funding from the United Kingdom Government we have broadened our focus to assist all returnees to contribute positively to Jamaica’s social and economic development in a variety of ways.
